PC Res 1587RESOLUTION N0. 1587 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMEND[NG APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING ON PROPERTY I:NOWN AS 106 EAST CAMPBELL AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (Application of Dr. John F. Font, PD 77-3) The City Council of the City of Campbell, by Ordinance No. 945 adopted on the 28th day of May, 1974, established a Planned Development Zone on property located at 106 East Campbell Avenue, and plans, elevations, and development schedule have been presented to allow construction of an accessory building on subject property. After not ification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on February 22, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use trill not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or• injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of the plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development 7_one.
