BEING A RESOLl1TI0N OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOlJ CON-
STRUCTION OF 28 TOWNHOUSES ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS
105 DUNCANVILLE COURT IN A P-D ZONING DISTRICT.
(Application of Prodis Associates, PU 77-5).
The City Council of the City of Cantphell, by Ordinance No. 846, adopted
on the 12th day of June, 1972, established a Planned Development Zone on
property located at 105 Duncanville Court, and plans, elevations, and
development schedule have been presented to allow construction of twenty-
eight townhouses on subject property.
After notification arrd public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on
February 23, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence !resented, the Planning Comntissiori
did find as follows:
1- That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed
use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or
general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of
such use, or be detrimental or• injurious to property and improvements in the
neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission d-id recommend approva'•
of the plans, elevations, an~i development schedule ~~s presented and further
recommends that -the City Council enact the Or•dirrance attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that:
portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
