RESOLUTION N0. 1582
After notification and public hearing as specified byelaw on
proposed amendments to Section 21:22.030 (c) (2) of the Campbell
Municipal Code, ar~d after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented and based upon
the following findings, the Commission did determine that there was a
significant need to amend Section 21.22.030(c) (2) of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
1. That the controls afforded by the use permit process can
better control the intensity of use of a veterinary clinic
rather than an absolute number of five as provided by the
current code.
2, That the proposed amer?dment will not be detr~~mental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, confort, or general welfare
of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
proposed use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property
and improven;ents in the neighborhood or to the general
welfare of the City.
The Planning Commission does hereby recommend that the City Council
adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" enacting t'~,e necessary
legislation to make the proposed text amendment effective.
