BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE TO
THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT A. (APPLICATION
OF WARREN J. MAPES).
After notification and public l;earing as specified by late on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents, ancf opponents, the Planrr~ing Cornrrission
did cletermino i.hat the change a.s shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should be
rnacie to the Zoning Flap based on the folloti~aing findings:
1 . The pro;~osed zone change t~roul d not al ter the future clevel opm2nt
t~f the property but t-ould only facilitate the poteni:ial separ~~ate
ownership o-~ tf~~~ three proposed parcels.
2. That the propoc:d zone change Yaill not be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general ~~relfare
of the persons residing or Yrorking in the neighborhood of
such zone change, or be detrimental or injurious to t?r~~operty
and ir~pro+, e~,~ents i n the neighborhood or the general ~,rel fare
of the City.
The l'lan!~i~~g Corumission of the City of Campbell recommends that '.;he
City Cor:ncil enact an Ordinance making effective the recommended cf;ang~s to the
