BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CHANGE
TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT A.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and aftre presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, tfre Planning Commission
did determine ghat the c(ranc;c~~s as s};ow,n in E>;hibit "A" should be made to the

1. That a rezon;rlg to PD would allow for the review of the zone
change and subdivision neap in the shortest possible time period.
2. That the zone change provides assurances to the City that
development: ofi~ this area trill be as one project rather than
as a series of unrelated fragmented projects.
3. That the prc~i>~d z~;ne chancre will not be detrimental to the
healt(r, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare
~of the persons residiirg ar working in the neighborhood of
such zone c}I~a.nr~:, or be detrimental 'or injurious to property
