After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Linda Carol Lewin and Linda Beth Allen fo approval of a
use permit and approval of plans to allow a day-care center in existing
structures located on property known as 995 Apricot Avenue in a C-2-S
(General Commercial) Zoning District, as per application filed in the
office of the Planning Department on November 22, 1976, and after pre-
sentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing
was closed.
