BEING A RESOLUTIONI OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SH0WN IN
EXHIBIT "A". (Application of Ronald E. Bryan
and Federated Department Stores).
After no-l:iication and public hearing as specified by law on .
proposed arn~~ndr~ents to the Zoning hiap of the City of Campbell and
after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents,
the P7annirr~ Commission did determine that the changes as shown in
Exhibit "A". attached, should be made to the Zoning Map basecl on t'r~e
following findings:
1. That the General flan for the area is indicated for
commercial use.
2. That t6re proposed amendment will, not be harmful or
detr~iruental to the surrounding properties and is in tl~e
best intF~rest of the City of Campbell.
TPre Planning Ccn~mission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendment. -
