A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE RECORDING OF A RESOLUTION TO
CORRECT THE SPELLING OF MCGLINCY LANE
WHEREAS, on January 10, 2002 the Civic Improvement Commission agreed that the
spelling of McGlincey Lane should be corrected to accurately reflect the historical
spelling of the name McGlincy; and
WHEREAS, the Council accepted the recommendation of the Civic Improvement
Commission and the Public Works Department on February 5, 2002; and
WHEREAS, a resolution needs to be recorded by the County Recorder's office in order
for the County Assessor to correct the spelling on legal records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Campbell
approves the filing of a resolution to correct the spelling of McGlincy Lane.
