OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE
LAND USE DESIGNATION ON SEVEN LOTS LOCATED AT
430-449 HARRISON AVENUE AND 430 N. CENTRAL
AVENUE FROM COMMERCIAL TO LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL (SIX TO THIRTEEN UNITS PER GROSS ACRE).
FILE NO. GP 95-02.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the City-initiated
application for approval of a General Plan Amendment to change the Land Use
Designation and after presentation by the Planning Staff, proponents and
opponents, the hearing was closed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1996, by the following roll call
vote:
