A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF ANDREA SHAHEEN-SEHESTED AND GEOFF
BRADLEY FROM THE BICYCLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE (BAC), APPOINTING
PAUL TUTTLE AND REAPPOINTING LAURA SMITH AND BRIAN CONROY TO FILL
VACANCIES ON THE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has established a Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC)
with five members appointed by the City Council to provide valuable guidance to the
City regarding bicycle policies and programs; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Andrea Shaheen-Sehestedt and Mr. Geoff Bradley have resigned from
the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City solicited applications for serving on the Committee and four
applications were received; and
WHEREAS, an interview panel comprised of one Public Works staff and
representatives from the BAC interviewed the applicants and approved a
recommendation for Paul Tuttle, Laura Smith, and Brian Conroy to fill the vacancies on
the Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
agrees that Mr. Geoff Bradley and Ms. Andrea Shaheen-Sehestedt are hereby removed
from the Bicycle Advisory Committee and Mr. Paul Tuttle is hereby appointed to serve
on the Committee to a term expiring August, 2012.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Laura Smith and Brian Conroy are hereby
reappointed to serve on the Committee to terms expiring August, 2014.
