BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT OF
SECTION 9316 3. CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE IX OF THE
CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED PLANNING AND
Z0NING, SETTING FILING FEE OF $25.00 FOR ARCHI-
TECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL APPLICATIONS.
WHEREAS notification has been given and p:~blic hearing held
by the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell in the manner
specified by lair on proposed text amendment to Section 9316 3.
Chapter 3, Article IX of file Campbell Municipal Code entitled
Planning and Zoning, establishing a twenty-five ($25.00) dollar
filing iee for Architectural and Site approval appa.ications; and
After oral presentation by the Planning Director, proponents
and opponc-nts, the hearing was closed; and
14I?EREAS after due consideratioiZ, the Planning Commission
determined t'r.at the proposed amendment ti~:ould be in the best
interests of the City of Campbell;
NOIY, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOLVED t;lat the. Planring Commission
of the City of Cam~beil recommends that the proposed amendment
which .s attached hereto as "Exhibit A" be adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Com:~ission
rc:co,~ends that the City Council enact the necessary Ordinance to
male the text amendment effective.
