BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING CHANGE
OF ZONE FROM R-1 TO R-D ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS
1151 SOUTH VIRGINIA AVENUE
WHEREAS notification has been given and public hearing has
been held in the manner specified by law on proposed zone change
from R-1 to R-D on property known as 1151 South Virginia Avenue
as per application of Robert Dleyer; and
WHEREAS after oral presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed; and
WHEREAS after due consideration of all evidence-presented
the Planning-Commission finds that the proposed rezoning would
bP in keeping ti•~itii the development of this area and ~•~ould not
be detrimental or harmful to the existing residential development.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached
hereto as "Exhibit A",making effective the recommended zoning.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1968, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES Commissioners: Chamberlin, Grim, Lyons, Pack,
Young and Chairman Klein
NOES Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Healey
