BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING ZONE
CHANGE FROM M-1-S TO C-2-S ON PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WHITEOAKS AND
CAMDEN AVENUE.
WHEREAS notification has been given and public hearing has
been held in t'~e manner specified by law on proposed zone change-
from 1•i-1-S to C-2-S on property located on the southeast corner
of Camden avenue and l~dhiteoaks Road as per the application of
Jack-in-the-Box Develcprnent Corporation; and
WHEREAS after oral presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing ~:as closed; and
WHEREAS after due consideration of all evidence presented
the Planning Com;nission finds that the proposed rezoning would
be~ in keeping i•~ith the existing and proposed. development of
Camden Avenue east of Highway 17.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached
hereto as "Exhibit A", making effective the recommended zoning.
