BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS
TO CHANGE ZONE FROM M-1-S ON PROPERTY OF STROPPA
LOCATED AT 73 NORTH HARRISON AVENUE.
WHEREAS notification has been given and public hearing
has been held in the manner prescribed by law on a City
initiated zone change from M-1-S to C-2-S or R-3-S or
R-2-S on the property of Rosilio R, and Isabella Stroppa
located at 73 North Harrison Avenue; and
WHEREAS after oral presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed;
and
WHEREAS after due consideration of all evidence
presented the Commission determined that there was insuffi-
cient evidence presented to warrant a zone change on said
property at this time and .moved that the proceedings be
abandoned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1968, by
the following roll call vote:
AYES Commissicners: Chamberlin, Grim, Lyons,
Young and Chairman Klein
NOES Commissioners: Healey and Pack
