BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSI0N
OF .THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 3,
ARTICLE IX OF THE CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE
REGULATING LOT WIDTHS IN MULTIPLE-RESIDENTIAL
ZONES
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell
finds that revisions to Chapter ~, Article IX of ±he Campbell
Municipal Code regulating lot widths in multiple-residential
zones is desirable for the best development of the City of
Campbell.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Campbell has set the hour of 8:00 p.m. on Monday,
the I8th day of March, 1968, in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California, as
the time and place for public hearing on the proposed text
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE that the Secretary of this Commission
is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the manner
specified by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 196S by the
following roll call vote:
