RESOLUTION 840
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
ON REZONE OF PROPERTIES BEING ANNEXED TO THE
CITY UNDER PROCEEDINGS KNOWN AS LEIGH 68-1
WHEREAS properties known as 2258, 2262 and 2270 South Bascom
Avenue are in the process of being annexed to the City of Campbell
under proceedings known as Leigh 1968-1, said property being more
particularly described on the map entitled "Exhibit A" attached
hereto, and
WHEREAS Section 9304 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides
far prezor.ing of areas to be annexed or being annexed to the City:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Campbell has set the hour of 8:00 P.M. on Monday,
the 18th day of March, 1968 in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California, as the time
and place for public hearing to prezone said properties C-2-S.
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Planning
Commission is hereby authorized to give notice of said hearing in
the manner specified by Iaw.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 1968 by the
following roll call vote:
