BEING A RESCLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING ZONING ON
PROPERTIES PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL UNDER PROCEEDINGS KNOWN AS LOVELL 1967-2.
WHEREAS properties known as 948, 954, 960, 961 and 966 Crockett
Avenue are proposed to be annexed to the City of Campbell under proceed-
ings known as Lovell 1967-2, said properties being more particularly
described on the map entitled "Exhibit A" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS Section 9304 0~ the Campbell 4funicipai Code provides
for prezoning of areas prior to or at the time of annexation to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of
the City of Campbell has set the hour of 8:00 P.R1. on Monday, the 17th
day of July, 1967, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 75 Plorth
Cenral Avenue, Campbell, Californ~.a, as the time and place for public
hearing to zone said properties R-1 or R-2-S or R-3-S or P-D.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of this Commission
is hereby authorized to give notice of said hearing in the manner;
specified by law,
