BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CONCURRING IN RECOMMENDATION
FOR ZONE CHANGE AMENDMENT BY CITY COUNCIL ON THE
PREZONING OF MC GLINCEY ANNEXATION 1966-6.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, by Resolution #778,
recommend that R-3-S zoning be placed on the Lands of Swage being
annexed to the City of Campbell under proceedings known as A~cGlincey
Annexation 1966-6; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, at a regular meeting held on
November 14, 1966, referred this action back to the Commission with
the recommendation that the zoning be adjusted to coincide with the
Precise Land Use Plan adopted for the the McGlincey Neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, after re-study of the proposed zoning, the Punning
Commission has setermined tr.at the zoning plan as recommended by City
Council would lead to the most advs.:tageous development of the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission
of the city of Campbell hereby reccr:~ends that the City Council enact
the attached Ordinance placnng zhe ;er-operty of Swage (Zone Change
1966-16) into M-1-S and R-3-S zones so as to coincide with the Precise
Land Use flan adopted for the McGlincey ~leighborhood District.
