BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF ZONE
FOR SNOWDEN-PENSER CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, notification has bean given and p~:blic hearing has
been held ir. the manner specified by iaw on the application of
Snowden-Fencer Corporation, for zone cizar.ge from Ci~I:B-80 to CM:B-60
on property known as 1587 Dell Avenue: and
19HEREAS, after oral presentation by the Planning Director
and discussion by the proponents, and opponents, the hearing was
closed, and
l4iiEREAS, after due consideration of all evidence presented,
the Planning Commission determired that the proposed rezoning would
not detract from the use of the property or be otherwise detrimental
to the surrounding properties and, further, would be in keeping
with the intent of the CTi zone;
N06V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
recommends that the City Council of the City of Campbell adopt the
necessary Ordinance making effective this proposed zone change.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1966 by the
following roll call vote:
