BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING ZONING
ON PROPERTIES BEING ANNEXED TO THE CITY UNDER
PROCEEDINGS KNOWN AS SAN TOMAS 1966-4.
WHEREAS, properties known as 1300, 1310, 1360 and 1370
Harriet Avenue and property known as 1689 Walters', Avenue is in
process of being annexed to the City of Campbell trnder proceedings
known as San Tomas 1966-4, said property being more particularly
described on the map entitled "Exhibit A" and attached hereto, and
l4HEREAS, Section 9304 of the Campbell Municipal Code
provides for prezoning of areas to be annexed or being annexed to
the City,
NO~v, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission
of the City of Campbell has set the hour of 8:00 P:M. on Tuesday, the
6th day of September, 1966 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
75 north Central Avenue, Campbell, California, as the time and place
for public hearing to zone said prop°rties R-1, R-2-S or P-D.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the Planning
Commission is hereby authorized to give notice of said hearing in
the manner specified by law.
i~tAP AND PROPERTY DESCRIPTION on file in the office of the
Planning Department, 75 North Central Avenue, City of Campbell.
INTERESTED PERSONS may appear and be heard at said hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 1966, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Young, Klein, Tomlinson, and
Chairman Pro-tem Lyons.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioners: Healey, Pack and Chairman Lee.
