BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING ZONING ON
PROPERTIES ANNEXED TO THE CITY UNDER PROCEEDINGS
KNOWN AS POLLARD-SAN TOMAS 1966-5
WHEREAS, properties located on the northwest corner of Pollard
and Bucknall Roads, extending southerly along the west side of
Burrows Road to Estrellita Way, and properties located on the
northeast corner of Pollard and Burrows Road, extending northerly
along the east side of Burrows Road to Audrey Avenue, are proposed
to be annexed to the City of Campbell under proceedings designated
as Pollard-San Tomas 1966-5 Annexation, said properties being more
particularly described in a map attached hereto entitled "Exhibit A",
WHEREAS, Section 9304 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides
for prezoning of areas to be annexed or being annexed to the City,
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Campbelll has set the hour of 8:00 P.M. on t~?onday, the 15th day of
August, 1965, in to Council Chambers of the City Ha11, 75 North
.._._ ~ Aveue, Campbell, California, as the time and place for public
hearing on zoning of Pollard-San Tomas 1966-5' Annexation, to R-I zone.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the Planning
permission is hereby authorized to give notice of said hearing in
the manner specified by law.
MAP AND PROPERTY is on file in the office of the Planning
Department, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California.
INTERESTED PERSONS may appear and be heard at said hearing.
