BEING A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1 TO R-3-S BY BALLEW AND
SONDENO ON PROPERTY IN THE MCGLINCEY
NEIGHBORHOOD.
WHEREAS, notification has been given and public hearing has
been held in the manner prescribed by Iaw, on the application of
Bellow and Sondeno for change of zone from R-I to R-3-S on property
at 130 Union Avenue, Campbell, California, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that this change of zone is
in keeping with the McGlincey Neighborhood Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of
the City of Campbell that the said application for change of zone
be recommended for approval by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, and further that the City Council adopt the necessary
ordinance making effective this proposed zone change.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 5th day of July 1966, by the following
roll call vote:
YES: Commissioners: Lyons, Young, Klein, Pack, Healey,
Tomlinson, and Chairman Lee.
NOES: Commissioners: None.
ABSENT: Commissioners: None.
