BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING REQUEST FOR
ZONE CHANGE FOR JOHN C. VIERHUS, ET AL.
WHEREAS, notification has been given and public hearing has
been held in the manner specified by Iaw on the application of John-
. Vierhus, et al, for zone change from R-1 to P-0 and R-3-S on
property located on the south side of East Campbell Avenue, approxi-
mately 400' east of Union Avenue, said property being a portion of
the McGlincey Neighborhood District; and
WHEREAS, after oral presentation by the Planning Director and
discussion by the proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed,
an d
WHEREAS, after due consideration of all evidence presented, the
Planning Commission determined the proposed rezoning would be in keeping;

NO14, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
recommends that the City Council of the City of Campbell adopt the
;:ecessary Ordinance making effective this proposed zone change.

Chairman Healey.
