BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING REQUEST FOR
ZONE CHANGE BY JACK CRAIG.
WHEREAS, notification has been given and public hearing has
been held in the manner specified by law on the application of
Jack Craig for change of zone from CDf:B-80 to Cii:B-20 on property
located on the east side of Dell Avenue and known as 1320 and 1334
Dell Avenue, said property being a portion of the Parr Neighborhood
District; and
WHEREAS, after oral presentation by the Planning Director,
discussion by the proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed,
and
IYHEREAS, after due consideration of all evidence presented, the
Planning Commission is of the opinion that this rezoning will not be
more detrimental than the existin, avid proposed use of the surrounding
properties,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission
recommends that the City Council of she City of Campbell adopt the
necessary Ordinance making effecz~ve this proposed zone change.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th ciay of June, 1966, by the following
roll call vote:..
AYES: Commissioners: Lyons, Young, Klein, Tomlinson, and
Chairman Healey.
NOES: Commissioners: None.
ABSENT: Commissioners: Harry A. Lee.
