A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT
OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2105 S. WINCHESTER BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, on December 4, 2007, the City Council approved a Planned Development
Permit for property located at 2105 S. Winchester Blvd.; and
WHEREAS, the public right of way and public service easement have been offered for
dedication on the Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the public right-of-way and public service easement are consistent with the
public right of way along S. Winchester Blvd. and are needed for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the public right of way and public service easement offered for dedication as shown
on the said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are
offered.
