A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE CITY OF CAMPBELL REDEVLOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL
REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009/10
WHEREAS, The City of Campbell Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") must
prepare a report to its legislative body pursuant to Section 33080.1 of the Health and
Safety Code which includes a fiscal statement of the previous year's achievements,
housing activities and an independent financial audit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Housing Set-Aside Fund required by
Section 33334.2 of the Health and Safety Code, has incurred planning and
administrative expenses in Fiscal Year 2009/10 and;
WHEREAS, the administrative expenses incurred by the Housing Set-Aside
Fund were proportional and necessary for the development, preservation and
improvement of affordable housing in Campbell pursuant to Section 33334.3(d) of the
Health and Safety Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Campbell City Council
hereby accepts the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2009/10.
