BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AMENDING THE CAMPBELL FEE SCHEDULE TO ADD A FEE
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BLOCK PARTY PERMITS
WHEREAS, the City Council has voted to amend Chapter 5.50 of the Campbell
Municipal Code establishing that a Block Party shall not be considered a Special Event
and that a block party permit shall be obtained by administrative process.
WHEREAS, the City will incur costs associated with the application processing in an
amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the City's Fee Schedule is amended by adding a fee in the amount of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) pursuant to Administrative Policy.
