A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A CAPITAL BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR AN
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT ACCESSIBILITY RAMP PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved the appropriation of funds
for carryover capital projects to FY11 on October 19, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation of $50,000 for an ADA Accessibility Ramp
Project, previously approved in FY 10, was inadvertently excluded; and
WHEREAS, staff has identified three intersections needing ADA compliant
accessibility and prepared bid documents;
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Construction Tax Reserve to
pay project expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Campbell approve a budget adjustment, in the amount of $50,000 for an ADA
Accessibility Ramp Project.
