A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE CAMPBELL FEE SCHEDULE
TO ADD A FEE FOR THE APPLICATION AND RENEWAL OF A FIREARMS
AND AMMUNITION DEALER PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amendments to Title 5 of the
Campbell Municipal Code establishing a permit requirement for firearms and
ammunition dealers; and
WHEREAS, the City will incur costs associated with the application for a
Firearms and Ammunition Dealer Permit in an amount equal to or greater than
$624;and
WHEREAS, the City will incur costs associated with the annual renewal of a
Firearms and Ammunition Dealer Permit in an amount equal to or greater than
$208.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the City's Fee Schedule is amended by adding a Firearms and
Ammunition Dealer Permit application fee of $471 and a Firearms and
Ammunition Dealer Permit renewal fee of $208.
