A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
WEST VALLEY SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, West Valley Sanitation District has a need for temporary and
intermittent Public Works Inspection services; and
WHEREAS, the current agreement for the City to provide Construction
Inspection Services to West Valley Sanitation District includes a termination date of
June 30, 2011;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby authorize the City Engineer to execute an amendment to the
Construction Inspection Services Agreement with West Valley Sanitation District in an
amount not to exceed $50,000 for each project for which services are requested, as well
as execute any additional extensions or amendments necessary to allow the
continuation of these services for the West Valley Sanitation District and the City of
Campbell.
