A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ESTABLISHING AMENDING THE CAMPBELL FEE SCHEDULE TO ADD A FEE FOR
THE APPLICATION OF A MILLS ACT HISTORIC PROPERTY INCENTIVE
CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the establishment of a Mills Act
Historic Property Incentive Pilot Program; and
WHEREAS, the City will incur costs associated with the application for a Mills Act
Historic Property Incentive Contract in an amount equal to or greater than $1,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the City's Fee Schedule is amended by adding a Mills Act Historic
Property Incentive Contract application fee of $1,500.00.
