A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CITY COUNCIL AND THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD DECLARING THAT
THERE WERE NO LOANS, ADVANCES OR OTHER INDEBTEDNESS BETWEEN
THE TWO AGENCIES THAT WERE FORGIVEN IN WHOLE OR IN PART DURING
THE CALENDAR YEARS OF 2010 AND 2011.
WHEREAS, State Assembly Bill 936 (AB936) requires that by no later than
February 1, 2012 that redevelopment agencies and their sponsoring public bodies
declare by resolution whether or not either agency forgave in whole or in part any loan,
advance or other indebtedness during the calendar years of 2010 and 2011; and
WHEREAS, Within ten (10) calendar days after adoption of said resolution, a
copy of the resolution must be transmitted to the City Council and the State Controller's
Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Campbell City Council
and the City of Campbell Redevelopment Agency Board jointly declare that there were
no loans, advances or other indebtedness between the agencies that were forgiven in
whole or in part during the calendar years of 2010 and 2011.

call vote:
