CC Resolution 9553
City Council Resolution No.
9553
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING A LIVE ENTERTAINMENT PERMIT FOR
EFIM BRISKER AND RIMMA BRISKER TO PROVIDE LIVE MUSIC AND
DANCING AT 1740 S. WINCHESTER BOULEVARD
After due consideration of the application of Efim Brisker and Rimma Brisker for a live
entertainment permit at 1740 S. Winchester Boulevard, the City Council finds as follows:
1. The proposed live entertainment permit is incidental to the primary function of the
site as a restaurant;
2. The live entertainment permit, subject to the conditions of approval, are compatible
with the adjacent land uses and the surrounding neighborhood; and
3. The restaurant as proposed and conditioned will not likely create a nuisance due to
noise, littler, vandalism, traffic or other factors.
THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL FURTHER FINDS AND CONCLUDES that the
proposed activity at the proposed location by these applicants is not likely to create a public
nuisance.
WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing findings, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Campbell that the application of Efim Brisker and Rimma Brisker for a
live entertainment permit at 1740 S. Winchester Boulevard is granted, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The approval is for live music and dancing only; and
2. The applicants shall comply with all conditions of approval set forth in Campbell
Planning Commission Resolution 3223.
