RESOLUTION NO. 9555
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF A CONTRACT
TO INFORMATION & REFERRAL, INe. TO PROVIDE
TENANT/LANDLORD COUNSELING AND MEDIATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue specialized services for resolving tenant/landlord
disputes within the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell and Information & Referral Services, Inc. have previously
entered into agreeable contracts for the provision of tenant/landlord counseling and mediation services;
and
WHEREAS, the City finds Information & Referral a very satisfactory provider in meeting the
city's tenant/landlord needs; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to continue the services ofInformation & Referral due to a
continuing high volume of calls, office visits, and number of mediations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell does
hereby authorize a $37,457 contract to Information & Referral, Inc. for fiscal year 1999-2000; and
$39,183 contract for fiscal year 2000-2001.
