RESOLUTION NO. 9564
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY JJR CONSTRUCTION, INC.
FOR PROJECT 99-72, SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9487 on January 19, 1999,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements
known as Project 99-72, Sidewalk Maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and JJR
Construction, Inc. on March 1, 1999, and
WHEREAS, JJR Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract ill
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed for Project 99-72 Sidewalk
Maintenance and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
