RESOLUTION NO.
9566
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL,
AUTHORIZING A REFUND OF A PORTION OF THE BUILDING PERMIT
INSPECTION FEES FOR LARKSPUR LANDING, HOTEL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has adopted the State of California
Building Codes to provide for public safety in the regulation of building construction; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to provide the highest level of professional,
building inspection services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to work in a cooperative manner with its local
business owners and developers and encourage wise and sound development in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Campbell refund $17,625.00
from the building permit fees paid on Building Permit #9900000329 to Larkspur
Hospitality, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount refunded to Larkspur Hospitality, Inc. by
this resolution be considered as equivalent to that amount necessary to provide inspection
services for the scope of work described on Building Permit #9900000329.
