RESOLUTION NO. 9575
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE CITY'S CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE
1999/00 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an annual budget for
the operating of all departments and facilities of the City of Campbell for the fiscal year
1999/00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to amend the operating budget; and
WHEREAS, all amendments have been incorporated into the total calculation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the capital budget be amended by $1,181 reflecting transfers-out for
General Fund project expenditures over funding sources as of June 30, 1999.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 7th day of September, 1999 by the following roll
call vote:
A YES: Councilmembers
Watson, Dougherty, Dean, Kennedy, Furtado
NOES: Councilmembers
None
ABSENT: Councilmembers
None
