RESOLUTION NO. 9579
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED BY BALCH
PETROLEUM FOR PROJECT 97-10, DESIGN AND BUILD FUEL TANK
MODIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9270 on September 2, 1997,
awarding a contract to Balch Petroleum for the improvements known as Project 97-10, Design
and Build Fuel Tank Modifications; and
WHEREAS, Balch Petroleum has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 97-10, Design and Build
Fuel Tank Modifications and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
