RESOLUTION NO. 9590
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE A JOINT USE AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA CLARA V ALLEY
WATER DISTRICT FOR USE OF DISTRICT PROPERTY AT VIRGINIA PARK
WHEREAS, conceptual plans for the Virginia Park Project were approved on February 16,
1999; and
WHEREAS, the approved conceptual plans and final plans for Virginia Park identify moving
the existing fence onto Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD) property, and
WHEREAS, the Water District has required that a Joint Use Agreement be in place prior to
issuing a permit for such work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a Joint Use Agreement with the
SCVWD for use of the land as specified.
