BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR PROJECT # 99-07,
H.V.A.C. SYSTEM UPGRADE AT CAMPBELL CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of Recreation and
Community Services that all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system improvements as
specified in the plans and specifications for Project #99-07 have been completed in accordance
with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Recreation and Community Services recommends
acceptance of the site improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that all HV AC improvements be, and the same are hereby, accepted, and that the Director of
Recreation and Community Services is hereby authorized to record a Notice of Completion for
said building improvements.
