RESOLUTION NO. gr:;01
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL REJECTING BIDS FOR
A FRONT END LOADER WITH A TT ACHMENTS
WHEREAS, bids were received for a front end loader with attachments on February 17,
1999; and,
WHEREAS, neither of the two bidders fully met the specifications; and,
WHEREAS, ergonomic issues have been raised about the position of the controls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the bids for a front end loader with attachments be, and they are hereby, rejected.
