RESOLUTION NO. 9504
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR
ANNUAL FUEL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented with
specifications for the furnishing and delivering of unleaded gasoline for City Vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the specifications for the annual fuel contract be, and they are hereby, adopted and
approved, and that the Public Works Director is authorized and directed to give notice inviting
sealed proposals for said annual fuel contract in the manner and for the time prescribed by law
and present the bids to the City Council for its consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1999, by the following roll call vote:
