BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE RECREATION
& COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR TO SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION FOR 20% FUNDING TO THE SANTA
CLARA COUNTY OPEN SPACE AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority (SCCOSA) has requested
that the City of Campbell submit an application for the 20% Funding
Program; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared the application consistent with the SCCOSA' s
guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Director of
Recreation & Community Services is hereby authorized to submit an
application for the SCCOSA's 20% Funding Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this sixteenth day of March, 1999, by the following vote:
