RESOLUTION NO. 9515
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH SINGER & HODGES, INC. FOR PHASE I AND
PHASE II DESIGN OF THE WINCHESTER DRIVE-IN PARK (PROJECT (99-13)
WHEREAS, on January 5, 1999, the City Council authorized the issuance of a Request
for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of a consulting firm to design the improvements for the
Winchester Drive-In Park; and
WHEREAS, twelve proposals were received and reviewed, and five finalists made
presentations before a committee; and
WHEREAS, Singer & Hodges, Inc. was determined to be the best qualified firm for
the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute an agreement
for professional services with Singer & Hodges, Inc in a total amount, including a 10%
contingency, not to exceed $20,000 for Phase I and $70,000 for Phase II design of the
Winchester Drive-In Park Improvements.
