RESOLUTION NO. 9521
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY G. BORTOLOTTO AND
COMPANY FOR PROJECT 98-02, STREET MAINTENANCE - PHASE I
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9361 on April 21, 1998,
awarding a contract to G. Bortolotto and Company for construction of the improvements
known as Project 98-02 - Street Maintenance - Phase I; and
WHEREAS, G. Bortolotto and Company has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 98-02 - Street
maintenance - Phase I and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
