RESOLUTION NO. 9524
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE THE QUIT CLAIM DEED AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ACCEPT AND RECORD THE GRANT OF
EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES - PRUNEY ARD ASSOCIATES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California, as follows:
The City Council hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute the Quitclaim
Deed for the existing Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes recorded on October 25, 1996 as
document 13496779, records of Santa Clara County, and authorizes the City Clerk to accept and
record the new Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes as offered by Pruneyard Associates,
LLC.
