RESOLUTION NO. 9529
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO
PURCHASE A DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS LOGGING RECORDER
SYSTEM FROM U.S. AUDIO CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Police Department seeks to replace the existing logging
recorder and has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a digital logging
recorder;
WHEREAS, responses to the RFP were received from Dictaphone
Corporation, Stancil Corporation and U.S. Audio Corporation;
WHEREAS, Police Department staff have rated the U.S. Audio Nice
Log system as best suited to the needs of the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Campbell has been presented with a request from staff to authorize the
Police Department to purchase a Nice Log digital logging recorder from U.S.
Audio Corporation;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell authorizes the Police Department to purchase a Nice Log digital
logging recorder system from U.S. Audio Corporation.
