A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CITY COUNCIL AND CITY OF
CAMPBELL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD APPOINTING A DOWNTOWN
P ARKING FACILITY DESIGN OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency Board will commission the design of a new
downtown parking facility; and
WHEREAS, It is in the best interest of the downtown commercial district and the community
to design a building that contributes to the revitalization of the downtown both architecturally and
functionally while minimizing impacts on the adjacent residential neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council/Agency Board find that they desire to further the community
process by appointing representatives from the various stakeholder groups with interest in the downtown
to oversee the design ofthe parking facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Campbell City Council and the
City of Campbell Redevelopment Agency Board appoint the following persons to the Downtown Parking
Facility Design Oversight Committee to review and oversee the design process and make
recommendations to the City Council/Agency Board;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency
shall staff this committee and schedule meetings periodically throughout the design process so as to
allow the committee to provide guidance and direction to staff and the architectural design team
throughout the planning process.
