RESOLUTION NO. 9500
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING
THE SELECTION OF SOUND MINDS TECHNOLOGY/COMPUTERLAND AS THE
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE VENDOR FOR THE CURRENT PHASE OF THE NETWORK
STANDARDIZATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the issuance of a Request for Proposal by the MIS
Manager for the hardware and software to be used in the proposed network infrastructure standardization
and upgrade; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to approve the vendor reconunended by staff;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
Sound Minds Technology/ComputerLand be selected as the vendor for this phase of the network
standardization and infrastructure project, and staffbe directed to enter in to the associated agreement.
