RESOLUTION NO. 9493
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO CALL FOR BIDS
FOR THE CITY HALL HV AC PROJECT (CIP #99-07)
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Improvement Program budget
for the 1998/99 fiscal year which includes project #99-07: New H.V.A.C. for City
Hall; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to install a new H.V.A.C. system in City Hall; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for this H.V.A.C. system have been
approved by the City's Building Official and the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize a call for bids for the installation of a new H.V.A.C. system for City Hall.
